Learn The Basics of Improv, in Just Two Hours!
In this quick, 2-hour Crash Course, you'll learn the rules of Improv and get up on our (virtual) stage to play with the other students in the class. By the end of the workshop, you'll know all the basics and how to play a few “short form” improv games, just like the ones you’ve seen on “Who’s Line Is It Anyway”. The class will be taught by Steven "Diz" Disbrow, co-founder of Improv Chattanooga in Chattanooga, TN. He is also the creator of the podcast “Go Through The Door,” a podcast about improv comedy and those moments on stage, and in life, where you overcome fear and choose to do the unexpected. He’s been improvising since 2002 and teaching all levels of improv since 2014. Cost for the two hour workshop is just £15.29 ($20 USD) and is limited to just 10 participants. Reserve your spot today! (Note that this class will be conducted in a private Zoom Meeting. You’ll need the Zoom software to participate. For Mac or PC, visit https://zoom.us. For phones or tablets, visit your App store and search for “zoom”.) This workshop is lead by Steven Disbrow, and is hosted as part of the Extreme Improv XStreamed World Championship Festival 2020, which takes place throughout August 2020 online.
